SeekFluks does not act as a broker, agent, or intermediary in any agreements formed between users.

5. User Content

Users may post and share content, including profiles, opportunities, and messages ("User Content"). Users must consult our Privacy Policy.

By posting content, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant SeekFluks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform operations

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not:

• Violate any laws
• Infringe on third-party rights
• Contain harmful, misleading, or inappropriate material

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

6. User Interactions & Disclaimer

Any agreements, partnerships, or transactions are solely between users. You acknowledge that:

• You interact with other users at your own risk
• SeekFluks is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from user interactions

We strongly recommend:

• Conducting video or in-person meetings before finalizing partnerships
• Consulting with legal professionals for significant agreements
• Performing your own due diligence on potential partners
• Never conducting financial transactions through our platform

7. Payments

Certain features may require payment. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use SeekFluks to:
